I'm an AI-Powered Operations Specialist with a track record of engineering automated workflows that eliminate manual bottlenecks and maintain near-zero error rates. My background spans legal tech, property services, and international education.

I don't just use AI tools. I build operational systems around them. Daily practitioner of Claude, ChatGPT, Manus, n8n, Zapier, and Make, applied in production to automate document processing, scheduling, invoice generation, and cross-functional coordination.
